Milonga Magic

Karla Gachet is known for her photo projects that document life in Latin America.

In this 2010 series, Gachet followed a 20-year-old Argentine tango dancer named Ceci.

By day, Ceci is a tango dancer who performs for tourists in the streets of Buenos Aires. But by night, she dances at milongas, neighborhood dance parties that are prevalent throughout the city.
