The painting is made using the technique of oil painting on canvas, it is original the author's work. The author used his own drawing, which he transferred with partial retouches to the canvas / technique of imprimitura transfer /; on the canvas surface the author applied the underpainting on which he gradually laid transparent lazures and made even further partial adjustments, repainting and retouching. The original composition painting was created by editing the composition of the drawing itself - original author's drawing. An integral part of the painting is the text: "Declaration of the author about of the original painting - about original author's work".For the sake of simplicity, the author recommends handing over the purchased image personally. Otherwise, the selling price would have to be increased by shipping and handling costs (the path to the new owner).

Throughout history, hurricanes were seen as deities of the heavens. In the Chinese scripture the “eye of the hurricane” relates to the persistent oriental celestial symbol of the “hole” which represents heaven. It also represents the concept of the zenith (a point directly above a particular celestial sphere) through which one may pass from center where the time and space do not exist, the mystical “nothingness”. For Native Americans hurricane represents cosmic synergy. It contains four elements, or rather it consists of water, air and fire (light-rays) and it disturbs the Earth (fourth element). For me it represents the passing to a new stage, a beginning of a new cycle. For I had my own turbulences of consciousness, before I realized what is truly important and what is my next step to take. Carpe diem!* The painting was presented in M.A.D. gallery in Milano, Italy from 14. until 28. of February 2016 as a part of a group exhibition.** The dimensions of the painting are 45 x 35 x 1.5cm, it is made with oil on canvas. It will be shipped in a box, with proper protection so it remains intact and arrives in perfect condition to your home.

The first of a new series of minimalist pastel images using simple geometric shapes and architectural devices for a monumental Surrealist vibe. I am also trying these images as oil paintings on a larger scale to see the difference in outcome.copyright 2018I like to do this type of image when I need to take a break from my regular work. It helps me to recharge my batteries so to speak.
