Wonderful oilpainting on canvas from Venice while sunset with bent perspective and many wonderful details. When I was the first time in venice I realised that this city has really no cars and streets! That was just an amazing thought. You have to visit this city, sometimes you think the time goes slower there or stands in some ways still, absolutely wonderful! My vather was an architect, I think this is why I am also fascinated from the architecture. Unfortunately he died early! The size of the painting is 80 x 60 x 2 cm and the painting was finished on 04.10.2015. Also this painting is painted on the side. You get when you buy this painting a certificate of authenticity with the number, the size and the date of finishing the painting and my signature. I have the list of my paintings with the numbers. Looking for Northern Lights I

The northern light and skies and their unique and ever changing design have always inspired me and are the basis of my artistic work. The night and specially the sky at night, with the moon hiding behind the clouds and creating this magical atmosfear are very inspiring moments for me. This painting is a tribute to Lapland, to the savage swedish landscapes, to my home country. It is an expression of my admiration and fascination to the Northern skies and the silence of the nights in Laponia. I experienced the search for this particular light this summer and it was a magical experience. I felt like an explorer, a gold digger, a tresure hunter… Every night I went out in the woods, hopfull and patient, looking for the magic aurora borealis. This fantastic feeling of discovering something new and rare is for me what makes life so interesting. Pigments applied on stretched canvas and satin varnish finish.

This is a good example of my photo art. I used to share the same management with my idol David Bowie and he gave me encouragement (we are both also from Brixton and multi platform artists). The day he died I was doing a photo session with my muse and she asked will I do a music tribute? As I already produced 4 Bowie songs I said no I want to do some artwork as a tribute (As David was a painter and not many people knew that) I took a photo of my muse in a pose I wanted and then messed around with contrast and the planets actually mysteriously appeared in the artwork. The concept is she is the stargirl looking out for the Starman to take him to a new planet to be creative all over again. This is the centrepiece of my forthcoming exhibition and a very limited edition but thought I'd let one of them be available here. (all my work is sign with authentication certificate)
