AI_NORN was created in 2019. Working in an IT company is a tedious mental activity, a result that you cannot touch with your hands. At one point, we just start doing something to rid our minds of the clutter. We started painting. But it was not easy for an adult to learn painting. In addition, we noticed that artists spend a lot of time translating ideas. This is how the idea of ​​robot art came about. We started to study existing technologies. It turned out that there are projects that generate digital images using neural networks, there are robotic manipulators, and there are just printers. But there are no ready-made solutions that would paint a painting on canvas, except for a few interesting experiments. So the idea was born to create a robot artist who would create together with a human.

AI_NORN uses paints, canvases, and brushes, just like the rest of us, to create its works of art.

It would be the first of its kind in the market at the time - a robot that was painting pictures in a neuroimpressionism style. It's capable of creating a painting on a canvas using traditional equipment like brushes and paint.
