Alberto Simoncioni was born in Florence, where the beauty of the Renaissance contributed to the development of his artistic talents. Upon completion of his secondary studies, he worked as a graphic designer for various studios. One of his most important experiences was as an illustrator for the magazine “Il Cane”. His innate passion for painting led him to collaborate with various Florentine artisan studios to further develop his painting skills and dedicate himself to learning the techniques of oil painting. His passion for finding the perfect light inspires him to continually search for just the right color to express his deepest and most intimate emotions. “I paint because it's who I am, my art is simply an extension of myself. I paint to ground myself in the beauty and power that passes through the room with each wave that I create. Painting is my channel of self-expression as a way to transmit my essence to others, a simple externalization of my emotions into colors for all to see”.
