Mrs MAROZSYNÉ GUBA Rózsa – She was born in 1951, in the geographical region, called “Alföld” (Hungary). In 1985 there was conferred upon her the title of folk doll-maker industrial craftsman master. She worked up the most significant traditional folk-costumes of individual regions of Hungary and let them check by the professional body of Industrial Designers of Hungary and awarded by copyright protection in the process. She accomplished that, for example, with the folk-costumes of the “Sárköz” and “Kalocsa” regions, going back to the beginning of the years of 1800, further, with many of the folk-costumes of regions “Baranya”, “Dunántúl”, “Alföld” and “Palócföld”. Currently she works on the most significant folk-costumes of Slovakia, beside which she works on the most distinguished folk-costumes of regions of Germany and Austria, situated along the Danube river, and her current works cover the dresses, historical individualities and costumes from the era of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, which them she prepares, as scale models. She prepared most of her works for the Japanese market, but they can be found almost in all countries of the world.
