I am visual artist working with oil colors. My paintings are diverse variety of realistic nature evolving to abstraction. The works are very personal and open with tendency to express inner state of mind, strong emotions and sensations.
When I was a child I had a dream to be an artist. I was sent to study something more "practical". Eventually after years being lost I found my way back home, the home of art. Mainly I am painting with oil colors. My oldest works are realistic landscapes, flowers, horses. My technique become more expressive and textured. Recently I am working with two series of self portraits. One of those is focused on capturing my every day mental state and I called it "Auto portrait of emotions diary". In the other I work with enlarge and cropped body parts accomplished with diverse and non-fleshy colors that refer to abstraction landscapes.
I find inspiration in the nature and my own emotional world. The last few years a strong influence by artists like Jenny Saville and Lucian Fraud could be found in my works.
